Location, quiet, staff
I had to have the keys explained to me but I got the hang of it!

Location is excellent in the heart of high street ,everything is reachable by foot, banks, shops,St.Nicolas cathedral, public bus stop ,two theatres, pharmacies. Bed was very comfortable.
I missed in the room microwave, hair dryer.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the city centre, close to wonderful pubs bustling with evening life.
The hotel has its own car park, which is very important in this location. The hotel staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was also comfortable, with a large, exceptionally comfortable bed and, importantly in my case, a good desk.
It must be said that this is an old building, so it smelled a bit damp, mainly in the stairwell; in the room, only the towel reminded me of this.

Friendly staff, plenty of amenities considering the price, and a comfortable bed in a good location.
