Everything was perfect

The owners were rude and disinterested in the customer's. All Philippino team were amazing and held it all together

The beach and pool. The pool is quite nice and most people stay there. The beach area is very good and there are plenty of umbrellas and sun beds. It has sandy areas but also a bit of rocky parts that are great for snorkeling. Make sure to bring goggles and water shoes.

The pictures of the Superior studio promoted on booking.com show a very nice view from the balcony. In reality, there are just a few rooms with that view and most customers are placed in a building behind with no view to the sea. The plus of being at the back, is that it was not as warm so we didn´t need to pay for the AC. The AC is also showed as part of the facilities in booking.com but actually you have to pay extra €12 per day if you want to use it.

The apartments themselves are nice and renovated. The hotel restaurant has good selection of foods for reasonable prices and is simply beautiful with great views. Staff is kind and willing to help. There is also convenience store right next to the hotel, so you can buy anything you need.

I deducted points for: 1. A/C - which you need to pay separate and it's 12€/day. This should be basic equipment anywhere you go in Rhodes. 2. Parking - there's like 3-4 parking spaces, directly on the street next to the hotel. But there are maybe 20-30 rooms... 3. Our shower head was clogged from the solidified water's minerals. I needed to fiddle with the jets myself to clean them 4. Hotel next door hosts regular parties that are on the edge of political correctness (white elderly from Europe watching dark skinned young boys perform) and last to the night

La struttura ha una buona posizione

Purtroppo la struttura, che dalle foto si presenta molto bene, dal vivo non è esattamente come uno se la immagina. Partendo dai servizi, l'aria condizionata è a pagamento. So che, come spesso viene detto, è scritto nei messaggi che inviano prima dell'arrivo, ma questo non toglie che sia comunque assurdo. A noi fortunatamente non è servita perché abbiamo trovato brutto tempo. L'accoglienza è stata poco presente. Per spiegarmi meglio, al nostro arrivo non ci sono presentati i servizi della struttura piscina bar ristorante o informazioni sulla zona ma ci hanno semplicemente mostrato la camera. Non sono una fan degli hotel che descrivono ogni singolo particolare, ma una via di mezzo sarebbe stata apprezzata, magari lasciando in camera una brochure con cosa vedere in zona o qualche locale di interesse. Altra nota dolente la pulizia. Onestamente non credo venga fatta come si deve, ho avuto l'impressione che si limitino a spazzare a terra e a cambiare i sacchetti dei cestini, ma non molto di più. Lo dico perché la nostra camera aveva la cucina e, mangiando in terrazzo, una sera al rientro abbiamo trovato le formiche che stavano finendo le nostre briciole. Piccolo suggerimento: mettete a disposizione in camera una scopa e una paletta, così il problema si risolve facilmente.
