Great location in main piazza Well equipped apartment Responsive and helpful staff

Uncomfortably hot, made better by being able to leave bedroom window open that had a mosquito net fitted. Large fan helped too but I imagine in the height of summer it could be unbearably hot. Lots of noise from neighbours talking late into the night/early hours of morning. Toilet roll. Only a very small amount provided for a 5 night stay, which is apparently due to regulations. Despite being told the local shop sold it they don’t. No car so unable to get to a supermarket. Internal courtyard had an extractor fan from local restaurant in it and food smells were at times unpleasant

Fabulous location seconds from the main square of the beautiful Orta San Giulio. Cannot speak more highly of our greeter, Chiara, who was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately the week we were there, it was extremely hot. This is not the fault of the apartment BUT even with our hosts supplying two fans (MUCH appreciated), it was too hot to be comfortable. There was no reprieve from the heat. The only window fitted with a fly screen opened onto another balcony where people were smoking in the evening☹. The cute french doors opened onto an area where there was a restaurant kitchen below - so you couldn't have those open during business hours (the smell). All of the above made our stay not as enjoyable as hoped. Air conditioning needs to be considered. Also, too much furniture for a small apartment (7 chairs, 2 stools and 3 tables of differing sizes)!

De locatie is echt fantastisch midden in het oude centrum! Magisch. Aan het grote plein met restaurantjes, koffietentjes, bootjes naar het eiland (restaurant is echt een aanrader!) Het appartement is echt compleet, alles is aanwezig. Het was super schoon! Het personeel doet enorm zijn best om tips te geven zonder opdringerig te zijn.

Location was perfect right beside the town square. Giorgio greeted us sunday evening and told us everything we had to know and recommendations for acitivities during our stay. When we had trouble with our journey home he was also a big help. Can absolutely recommend a stay at La Perla.

A bit hot because there was no aircondition in the room. We did however know this in advance and there was a fan which helped a lot during our stay.
