Hey I really like the stay and the location also. Its pretty much in the center of the city. Nizami street is newrby and its accessible through metro and buses.
I had few problems in start with speaking the language but the Sasha lorek is very helpful. He understands English and it was a good experience overall.
The obly issued I had was the mosquitos but that got resolved as I got mosquito spary from them

Good value for money.
Too much stairs to go up at 4th floor.

The owner tried to show hospitality . Fruits and drinks are prepared
Unfortunately, I was given a room next to the reception, opposite to the door. Unable to sleep, super noisy! The room is not the same as booking pictures. 15 rooms in a tiny space. Very unreasonable.
