We really loved the location. It’s very close to Piazza San Marco and there are plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and more secluded area where you can really feel the authentic Italian atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much and would happily stay here again!

Modern apartment in convenient location
The noise from the neighbouring apartment. You can hear everything.

Perfect location with the supermarkets, water bus station just steps away. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. I had a comfortable stay and was warmly welcomed by the property owner. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommended!
It would be better if the kitchen included cooking pots in addition to the pans provided, as it would be more convenient for me who enjoy cooking. Also, please note there’s no lift, so carrying large luggages can be a little challenging on arrival.

The host overcharged us on the city tax. not by a lot but the principle still lies. The shower was too small.

"Le calme de l'endroit ! Au moins, ici, on entend le clapotis de l'eau, l'appel des goélands, et le vent dans les cordages."
