Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort

A great place for relaxing at the end of a busy holiday in Italy. A beautiful estate with amazing views and very friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful with far reaching views of the countryside. There are plenty of chairs outside in sun or shade to read a book or relax. Lovely pool. Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace and there is plenty of choice. The bedroom was big, a bit dark because of the dark furniture, but in keeping with the property. Room was clean. The villa itself is beautiful, with some original frescoes revealled and the old well in the middle of the sitting room. We loved the olive oil tasting experience (extra cost)

The staff,very accommodating nothing was too much bother for them. Very calm and peaceful location. Charming historic buildings.

It’s an absolutely beautiful location with trails for a nice walk. Our room was upgraded to an elegant suite. Great breakfast that we and other guests ate outside on the lovely terrace with stunning views despite a little bit of rain.

Unfortunately the restaurant was a disappointment. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but the food was not good, service sporadic (though always friendly), and management was not friendly regarding dissatisfaction with the meal. We were not the only guests dissatisfied that evening. One guest ordered the eggplant, which was partially roasted in the oven and nothing else. We ate here years ago and it was amazing. I hope they can return it to its former grandeur.
