Location was good, room was nice
On arrival I advised reception that the safe wasn’t working and they said it would be fixed the following day. It wasn’t. On the second day, the shower started leaking. This also wasn’t resolved during my stay even though they said it would be. The toilet was also not flushing properly. Despite bringing this to the reception’s attention, it wasn’t sorted. As an apology, all they gave me was two breakfasts free of charge.

Front office's quick resolution to a major setback. They fix the situation quickly and offered a perfect solution.
The pool and sauna is closed due to renovation - it could've been stated in the booking page.

Great hotel, easy to make it to the centre and good value really, in particular the pool and sauna are a bonus, decent breakfast too. Nice little proper Cologne-style bar just around the corner.

Breakfast ;
The staff ;
The price.
Nowhere is it indicated that the spa area is closed ;
The mattresses are not new and are sagging ;
The window is not watertight ;
There is no small refrigerator ;
On the 2nd floor where we were staying, the ventilation/air conditioning is very/too noisy and can be heard from the room.
