Staff were lovely, rooms comfortable, breakfast nicely prepared, was located not too far from the airport and a bus stop nearby.
I was very disappointed that the AC was not working, when I asked about it, they said it was switched off in the hotel. I booked here specifically because of it being advertised as having AC, had I known, I would have found an alternative hotel. Also, the cleaner did not come us (we did not have a do not disturb sign on the first day), which is ok, we dont need cleaning, but it was inconvenient to run out of toilet paper. A kettle in the room might also be a nice addition though this did not bother me.

The location was great, outside of the city. They did a great job with the exterior of the hotel. It’s very relaxing
The parking was full, so we had to park on the road, having to update our blue parking tag every 10 hours. However, this was during a concert weekend. But it was the paranoia of “please no tickets, please don’t be towed!”

Hotel was really nice, good breakfast and the property was really nice.
Staff were helpful and indulged my basic German but had very good English where I faltered
Two things could improve this:
1. Pillows are so soft they don't support your head (but that is a common issue in Germany)
2. The gym has 3 machines (cardio), would really benefit from a good weights space
