The location was good. Easily accessible to Oktoberfest and also walkable to the city center and park. The room was as expected and the front desk staff were very helpful in regards to making sure I had what I needed.
The wifi was a tad slow and understanding how to turn on the fan/lights was not easy. The light seems to need to be on to have the fan in the room on so I was a tad warm during my stay.

The reception team is honestly one of the best things about this hotel. Everyone is always friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
The room is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and exactly like in the photos. I really enjoy staying here.

Not a lot really… it had a fridge.
Floor was dirty in room, WiFi code did not work, towels had other peoples hairs in the fibres, the chair in the room was made of fake leather and was peeling off, they covered it with a duvet, just throw it away…!
