La posizione è praticamente sul mare molto interessante e davvero piacevole. Avere anche l’ombrellone compreso è un ottima soluzione nel complesso. La colazione servita dal personale molto variegata e con tipici prodotti locali.
Camera diversa da quella prenotata: pagata come "King Standard" 14 mq (+23 € a notte), ma assegnata una camera che sembra la Matrimoniale Standard da 12 mq, con nome diverso da quello dell'inserzione. Alla reception mi hanno detto che le camere sono tutte uguali, senza spiegare la differenza di prezzo.

Great family run boutique hotel. Carlo and his wife go out of their way to help. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants nearby plus there is an in house rooftop restaurant which also has great food. Fantastic that this place has its own beach club and bar. Housekeeping was really good - my room was cleaner than a hospital!
This is beyond control of the hotel but just FYI there are virtually NO taxis in the area of Porto Santo Stefano so I suggest anyone staying here has a rental car or organises transport to the train station or airport WELL in advance to avoid stress on departure.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. We ate dinner there one night which also was terrific. The staff was helpful
The rooms were exceedingly small. It may have been a function of when we reserved but you could barely move in the room and there was little counter space in the bath.
