Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am See. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer groß und geräumig. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch absolut OK.
Anfangs etwas unfreundliches Personal. Vielleicht schlechten Tag erwischt. Später war es in Ordnung.

The location was great and the room had a balcony. The bathroom was spacious.
Customer service was not great. The reception desk was unmanned on arrival. We rang the bell, someone from the restaurant saw us and seemed to be calling someone else. We waited another 15 minutes and then went to the restaurant to try and get someone's attention, and it took nearly 10 minutes for somone to check us in.
We had been hoping to eat all our meals in the restaurant but the service was shocking and one of the male waiters was extremely rude to my husband after he'd got up to ask for a menu, and 10 minutes later nothing had been brought. We ended up having all our meals elsewhere.
