Location was excellent. Great space. Plenty of hot water. Well equipped.
Some crockery/ glassware not clean and a bit stay in places.

El apartamento es precioso y muy bien situado. Estuvimos muy a gusto, cerca de todo. Es espacioso, luminoso, como las habitaciones dan a un patio interior se duerme con mucho silencio y calma. José Félix nos explicó todo muy bien y la llegada y entrada fue muy sencilla.
Se podría mejorar la limpieza en general, y la comodidad de colchones y almohadas, especialmente el colchón de la cama de matrimonio.

Great location in a quiet street just on the edge of the old town. All the major sites such as the cathedral, university buildings and the Plaza Major are just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within easy reach and a couple of supermarkets as well. The apartment is very spacious and it's a bonus to have 2 bathrooms.
Jose was a really good host, with excellent communication throughout. He provided clear instructions with photos about how to get into the apartment. Then when the kettle wasn't working he brought a new one very quickly.
Although the information on the website says soap etc is provided in the bathroom and in the shower all the dispensers were empty. It would have been better to know in advance to bring our own. This is a very small criticism though because overall the apartment was superb.

The location was excellent. Self-check in was easy and clear.
Where shall I begin…The biggest issue for us was that the duvets (no duvet cover) were disgusting - lots of yellow stains and even blood, see photos attached. There was an only a blanket for each bed to put the dirty duvet on. As the nights getting colder, we had no choice but to use those filthy duvets. There were some smaller issues: the rooms smelled a bit moulded; the apartment is much more worn out and more basic that the photos; there wasn’t a hairdryer in the apartment; and host didn’t respond to our messages.
