My bed was a bit too firm for me

We really loved the entertainment team! They truly live and breathe what they do—always cheerful and fantastic at getting the kids involved in fun games and dancing. The food was varied and delicious; we were even pleasantly surprised to find touches of Moldovan cuisine :) The pools were spotless, and the kids' pool with the slides was a definite favorite. A big plus for me was that the evening shows wrapped up by 11 PM, unlike many other hotels where noise goes on until 2 or 3 in the morning. Having the beach just a minute’s walk away was wonderful, and with plenty of pools around, none of them ever felt overcrowded.

- The bed was hard and uncomfortable. - An outdoor night light shone directly into our room, making it difficult to sleep properly. - Housekeeping only came 3 times from Monday to Friday. On one occasion, they came to clean at 3 PM and woke up our sleeping child, which was quite frustrating.

Good hospitality, beach front hotel.

The only thing I like was native super friendly people in Rhodes island.

Worst experience ever talking about hotel.. We booked a room with a see view, but we got a room with a view to the pool. Our baby was eaten by the some kind of moths at his child's bed. Pool and snack bar are horrible. We got one visit at the "Mamamia" restaurant, whis was bad experience as well. Breakfast and dinner was ok, even better than the food at the "Mamamia" restaurant.. Booking gave us room upgrade, but instead we got just a plate of fruits after asking about upgrade at the reception. Staff did not know anything about these "booking upgrades". Photos did not match what we ordered and then I asked to modify our room, we got only sorry. Service staff put our dirty towels that we left on the floor back to the shelves with a clean one instead of changing them.. At last the hotel did not let me park rented car at the hotel parking because we rented the car, which was not from the company at the groundfloor in the hotel.
