Host was a nice and welcoming man and we were able to check in immediately on arriving. House was situated in a nice area, quiet road.
Room v small, not alot of space...bed quite small for 2 adults, bathroom v small. Not enough sockets in room.
Overpriced at 147.25e for one night as no breakfast included. More like 7mins walk into town centre and not the 3min walk advertised. Discovered afterwards that I could've booked a hotel in city centre for just a few euros extra. Also, check out time of 11am next day was too early... should've been 12am anyway like most other places and if you requested to stay in room an hour extra it incurred an extra 20e which I thought was alot TBH.

Friendly, helpful owner. Clean, conveniently located five/ten minute walk from central Killarney

Great location to town centre. Very quiet and peaceful. It was spotless and so many small extras including a dining area to sit and have a cup of tea or glass of wine that you can keep in the fridge. Frank the host was available and extremely hospitable.
There is nothing that we didn’t like.

Comfortable but compact room, easy to find with off road motorcycle parking.
In need of a little refresh. No sign of staff or owner.
