Is a big very traditional hotel. The staff was always nice polite and efficient. I just stayed for one night so did not experience the water park and spa that may be the highlight for families…
It feels old, cold (in a non cozy way), old fashioned, not special

Sauna and Swimming pools in same buildings are great and practical. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Many nice restaurants around and not far from its downtown and other attractions.
For the prices, we expected we can use sauna and swimming pool on departures date but it was not included. It’s pity and we had to accept it.

Vstup do bazénu.
Je to velikánský hotel plný lidi. U snídaně množství lidí s maskotem… Pokoje za tuto cenu neodpovídaly ceně, koberce, zdi… na fotkách není vidět. V lednici ani jedno občerstvení. Mladší syn, 10let nedostal župan s tím, že děti na župan, přezůvky ani ručník nemají nárok, pouze za nevratný poplatek, tak chodil po několika patrech hotelu mezi lidmi v plavkách. Ve vodním světě vnitřního bazénu byla studená voda (na začátku května) a vířivka vůbec nefungovala. Jeden tobogán… Byly jsme zklamaní.
