Comfortable room with large double bed. Cafe was good for meals, though very busy.

A dog that couldn't/wouldn't seem to stop barking, so noisy even though we were at the back of the hotel away from the road.

The rooms were immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable. We regretted that we could not have a lie in as we had to leave early! The hotel was not far from the motorway and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was typically Spanish. Perhaps there could have been some more "continental" options.

The location was good for getting the ferry back to Santander. The deli was good and food of good quality. The spa bath was a nice surprise.

The room smelt of a very very strong smell of sweet smelling perfume, like a plug in. It was overpowering, we think it was coming from 2 pillows which we had to leave in the wardrobe. We were woken at 4.30am but someone else’s alarm which went on for ages. the bed was very firm and the pillows thin (those we were able to use). At 8.15am the deli/cafe started playing loud music, so don’t go here if you want a peaceful, relaxing lie in. Very basic room for €85 which seemed a lot for the night. It was OK for a stopover for the ferry to Santander but other than that I wouldn’t go back.
