Hotel Don Felipe

This was absolutely the most perfect hotel, quiet and in the middle of old town close to the plaza mayor. Very nice breakfast wonderful staff. Plaza mayor is very close with lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend if you don’t mind hard beds.

The beds the beds were hard as a rock. I actually had hip pain and didn’t sleep well for our two-day stay. I had to ask for extra comforters to pad the bed.

Friendly professional staff and a quite spotlessly clean hotel with secure parking and a garden.

Très bien placé pour profiter de Segovie. À côté de la cathédrale et du palais. Parking possible payant. Pdj très bon. Cela fait 2 fois que nous y allons.

Great location and amazing view of the castle.

The property has a lot of potential to be beautiful and an exceptional place to stay, but the decor is a quite cheap and tacky 1970s style and the Staff were disinterested at best; one staff member was appallingly rude when my friend went into the reception to enquire about how to access the parking area. He held out his hand in front of her face and said "wait!" in a rude and brusque manner and continued to talk on the phone at length. Later when I asked this same staff member to dispose of a paper coffee cup for me (there were not trash bins in the reception), he rudely told me to find a bin on the street! This was one of the more expensive accommodations we took during our trip to Spain, and I had high hopes for a lovely stay. It is so disappointing and sad that the staff at this establishment are not better trained in hospitality and customer service.
