Beautiful property with koi pond and gardens, hot spring baths in our rooms, private Onsen included, comfy beds and futons, amazing traditional meals, excellent customer service from the same staff member (thanks Miyuki) from check-in to check-out, a nice stroll to town and the bamboo forest walk

Wonderful place to stay in Shuzenji! The entire premises are beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable in the traditional Japanese style, staff are very helpful, and the onsen is very pleasant. We absolutely loved having our private dining room for breakfast and dinner. The staff were so kind, and the food fantastic.
