Authenticity—not overtourism—is what truly sets Kalarrytes and this guesthouse apart. The village and the accommodations are incredible—a true return to simpler times (but with Wi-Fi, yummy traditional meals, warm showers and parking spots ;) Napoleon and his staff are incredibly welcoming, easygoing, and friendly. The nearby hikes are superb.
Given the village’s traditional character and the fact that it has remained much as it was in the past, it’s not really suitable for people with limited mobility.

Very beautiful building, big shared space, big bedroom with stylish decoration in traditional style. Our host M. Napoleon was very friendly and warm, he responded in all of our requests efficiently and kindly. Very good location given that there are no cars allowed in the village, the parking is close to the guesthouse as well all the taverns and the main square. Breakfast was included and was very rich.
No shades on the windows, but I guess it’s part of the local architecture. There are thug curtains though.
