Location
Hotel needs renovation. Some Lifts were not working and too crowded during prayer time

Good location and friendly staff
It’s a bit pricey as they must include breakfast

Really close to the Haram, great location, womens entrance literally a 2min walk, lots of great reaturants/food/cafes nearby. Shopping within a few minutes walk. The staff were so friendly, and accommodating, they treated us so lovely, allowed us to have late checkout for free as we had a late evening flight, nothing was too much bother for them, overall fantastic stay.
Nothing really, our stay was perfect.
