B&B Masseria Piccola

Nicola is the most friendly and welcoming host you could ever meet !! We felt at home right away and only wish we were able to stay longer. He offered advice about where to eat, to park, what to see and do. He was available anytime we had any questions. The room was beautiful and clean and the property so inviting. The breakfasts were amazing as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Piccola, and we're so grateful for the care and hospitality we received. The room Our part of the building was lovely: a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, and everything was spotless and well kept. The staff cleaned the room every day after breakfast. We left for sightseeing right after breakfast each day, so we always came back to a freshly cleaned room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the small fridge was a nice touch. The bed was firm, which suited us very well, and the softer pillows were comfortable too. The shower, toilet and bidet were clean, and there was a hairdryer in the room. The host Nicola was the highlight of our trip! If hospitality is a Italian trait, then Nicola should be the official ambassador of Italy for it. Every morning we were wonderfully looked after and left completely full. The coffee was delicious, and the fruit, croissants, bread and all the extras were fresh every single day. One evening Nicola even invited us to dinner, and we enjoyed the most delicious fave e patate and peppers in olive oil. He also gave us recommendations on what to visit, where, and at what time – they were simply masterful. The whole staff was kind, attentive and caring, and as I mentioned, our room was tidied and the floors swept every day. The location The property is a little outside Cisternino, in the countryside, so a car is essential for sightseeing. But it is very close to some of Puglia's gems: Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Matera. The airports of Bari and Brindisi are a bit farther, but still less than 80 km away. Caro Nicola, un abbraccio grande a te e a tutto il tuo staff! Really lovely b&b. Beautiful buildings, good room and comfy bed, all very clean. But what really stands out here is the hospitality. Nicolas and his accommodating family are the warmest, friendliest most generous people. Delicious breakfast in the morning, and through the day Nicolas is around, offering snacks, drinks and his delicious homemade lemoncello. They insisted we come for aperitivo and antipasti before our restaurant visit one night, he gave us their lovely house rosé to drink with small plates of seafood cavatelli. I stayed 3 nights and i left happy and now have a new friend.
