The location is great, very close to the Old Town. Just a tip: make sure to choose a route without stairs, as there are quite a lot of them in the area and carrying luggage up can be challenging.
The host was very friendly and accommodating. A very late check-in was no problem at all, and he personally handed over the keys. The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi, and nothing was missing. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Dubrovnik!
The floor could have been cleaner. Walking barefoot left the soles of our feet quite dirty.
The apartment is also very close to the road, so traffic noise can be quite loud. Sleeping with the windows open was difficult, as passing cars would wake us up. It was much better with the windows closed, but I'd still recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Great location very close to the Old Town and airport bus stop.
The apartment I was given was not the one I booked. No explanation was given for that yet same price charged. I had no balcony or comfortable sitting area. Better to check in advance if you’re getting what you booked.
