The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The room I had it was a bit small. Very inconvenient to open and place two languages hard shell.
The bath tub is slippery.
The continental breakfast is very good plenty of choices.
Thea are plenty good restaurants around. Very close to train station about three blocks away.
The hop on hop of station at same proximity.
There is 30 min walk to Trevi Fountain.

It was close the termini station, hence easy to get there by train but also easy to get to airport by train.
Was happy with the whole deal.

The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.
Not the problem of the hotel which had good air conditioning but the temperature in Rome reached 37C while we were there.

the breakfast is good, coffee is very nice
the room is very small, the TV is broken, I booked more than EUR250+ per night through booking, which was really high price vs. its quality, and I found the price is only around EUR150 per night after I checked in, which may mostly match it.
