Al Palazzetto

The location, the staff were so helpful, my room was amazing - absolutely huge and very quiet.

This is an incredibly beautiful heritage property at a prime location in the historical centre of Tivoli. All the sites were within walking distance and the area in itself was great to explore on foot. The check in was super smooth thanks to the property manager Catalin who was a real gem. He helped us find parking for our car, ensured smooth check in and even made sure to reserve a beautiful room for our special celebration. The breakfast was a highlight - it was carefully curated and the breakfast staff attended to all our requests. They had a sumptuous selection of homemade Italian cakes - a real treat - along with fresh seasonal fruits and bakery. The room was top notch with beautiful frescos. Great experience - will return! Thanks Catalin and team.

We had a wonderful stay in Tivoli and couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! The room was lovely and very spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the central location was perfect for exploring everything the town has to offer. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, thoughtfully providing little extras and offering fantastic recommendations to help us make the most of our time in Tivoli. They even took the time to book a dinner reservation for us one evening, which was such a lovely and appreciated gesture. It’s this genuine warmth, attentiveness, and personal touch that really sets this place apart. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay, and the staff made the whole experience even more memorable. A fantastic place to stay, with a great location, lovely accommodation, and truly outstanding hospitality. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Tivoli!

L'emplacement dans le village et tout proche des restaurants.

L'éclairage dans la chambre était insuffisant. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours, impossible de se doucher et aucun personnel sur place. Petit déjeuner frugal.
