J’ai rarement un personnel aussi bienveillant et gentils, tout le monde nous a bien reçu et c’est très bien occupés de nous. Un accueil de qualité très chaleureux.

Le seul point négatif est la connection internet qui était très faible. Mais tout est parfait.

Le personnel souriant et serviable, l'emplacement idyllique sur la plage, la nature environnante, le petit-déjeuner excellent. L'isolement : idéal pour le calme et le repos.

Suite à une tempête, des travaux de réfection étaient en cours mais cela nous a peu gêné. L'isolement : pour des activités annexes, il faut s'adresser directement à l'hôtel qui organise pour vous.

The beach is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The staff are kind and friendly and we felt very welcome. The restaurant food was excellent and we tried many things from the menu. The room was large and comfortable and well equipped and had a beautiful beach view.

We live in Cambodia and have visited the islands many times and Anaya is not worth the price paid, so we are unlikely to return. The property is lacking in maintenance. We had a beachfront room with a private plunge pool and we were not able to use the private pool because the water was stagnant, smelly and covered in bugs. The chairs at the restaurant, and the beach loungers are falling apart. The restaurant staff are kind and doing their best, but at times seemed understaffed - each time we wanted to order a drink or food we had to go looking for a staff member. The Manager greeted us on arrival and was welcoming, but after that we did not see her on the property, even at the times when her team were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall the impression was of a beautiful hotel being poorly managed and cutting costs wherever possible. The price was comparable to some of the best hotels on the island, and the service and offerings fell far short of expectations.
