The apartment was just a short walk away from the old town of Plovdiv. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Nicely furnished and homely. The back bedroom was quiet, and I was able to sleep with the balcony door open. The living room where my son slept was noisy at times because of the traffic. However, with the balcony door closed, it was quiet enough. Communication with the host was very easy. We can recommend this accommodation.

When we arrived there was a bucket full of dirty water in the bathroom, probably forgotten by the cleaner. We used the washing machine once and our clothes came out of the machine full of grey bits. I had to clean the machine and rewash the clothes. There were only three free channels on both TVs and they were all from the Orthodox church. All the other channels were locked. My son is technically affine but he was unable to find any other channels. Not being able to watch TV did not bother us but for future guests it should be attended to. It was not possible to open the bathroom window. Apart from these few issues the accommodation was fine. An additional comment to the response of the host: I would like to point out that after washing our clothes for the second time they came out clean only because I CLEANED THE WASHING MACHINE before using it the second time. Please read my text properly. As far as the TV is concerned, of course we saw the smart IPTV box and over 200 channels. Only 200 channels are pretty useless when they are locked (a padlock sign next to the channels means LOCKED). I gave a good review of the accommodation and now you are calling me a liar because I mentioned traffic noise on the road! I actually wrote that we can recommend your accommodation, so what is your problem? Are you just sensitive to minor criticisms?

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this large and comfortable apartment in Plovdiv. Check-in was super easy thanks to clear instructions, and communication with the host was smooth. The apartment is located on the edge of Plovdiv Old Town, so ideal for exploring this part of the city. The living area is spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of extras for cooking, which we always appreciate and put to good use. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Nothing major, just 2 small observations: The apartment is nicely renovated, but the building and the lift feel a bit dated, and the inside doors and doorknobs of the apartment were probably overlooked during the renovation and felt very rickety.

The location is great for exploring the old town area. There is a good Italian restaurant right next door and a number of small markets nearby. Kitchen is great and a washing is a big plus

Instructions could be clearer. It says to push button 6 on the elevator panel, but the light above the panel stops at 4. There is no 6, that wasn't clear. Also you push 2 to go to the ground floor. Once you figure that out it's not problem
