Birds Nest Hostel

Friendly staff

Room was abit dirty and abit loud on a night

The staff, the facilities and the food also

After travelling through Asia for a year and staying in dozens of hostels, I can honestly say this is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The property is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hostel. The atmosphere is amazing, and what really makes this place special is the team. From the owner and manager to every single member of the reception team, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The bar is also a great place to relax, enjoy a drink and meet other travellers. The location is perfect too, with many of Kathmandu’s main places to visit within easy reach. After a year of travelling, this hostel really stood out. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu! 🫶🏼

Nothing.

Great location and lots of shared space to chill in.

Room was a bit cramped and not very convertible. Toilet was open at the top so not very much privacy. Staff were a little short.
