My daughter and I stayed here for 1 week.
Location is perfect above the mall with its own entrance and taxi stands in front and 10m down the path.
Staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing. The soup chefs were so nice bringing soup of the day to try at the table. Our waiters Gee And ELL were attentive and friendly making us feel special each morning. The food and drinks were delicious and there was a huge range that differed every day. A safe way to try many sweet and savoury local foods. We loved our stay so much that we extended it by another few days!

location was central and linked to Pakuwon mall. Service staff from front desk to restaurant to engineering was helpful and courteous.
The sound insulation in the hotel was terrible. Its my main complaint. When other rooms’ shower was running, i could hear the shower. i was disturbed each time neighbours opens and closed the door. Even could hear next room’s flushing.
