Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. We had a few meals there over the span of a weekend and then followed up with a stay the following weekend, which we then extended. We were so impressed throughout. They made a lovely cot for our baby, and the whole staff was of utmost professionalism and kindness. We want to thank Cristina in particular, as well as Chiara, who went above and beyond to make our experience a special and happy one. The room was very comfortable and spacious, overlooking a beautiful mountain area with stunning sunset and sunrise. Food and drinks were excellent. Spa and pool and grounds were lovely. Highly recommended experience - we'll be back!

Very spacious suite with nice mountain views from balcony, good access, very quiet location, comfortable bed, with well organised and high quality breakfast. It provided a good, if expensive, rest during a long tour.

Sadly this hotel has zero atmosphere partly as it occupies only some of the building which is also flats. In the evening its like a ghost ship with no one around. Whilst enjoying an elevated hillside position, the grounds are a little overgrown making it difficult to see any lake. We both got badly bitten by insects whilst sitting out very briefly in the grassed area near the pool - beware. Parking in the garage was ridiculously expensive given there is no alternative available if you are arriving by car - which is needed given the isolation of the hotel.
