The size of the room.
The view from the room and we had to share the bathroom…

Responsive staff: Usually there isn't a receptionist, but if you call the provided number they are very helpful. We had a problem with the heating and 10 minutes after calling the number, someone came and gave us a heater that did the job.
Could be closer to the center, but it is still like 20 minutes walking distance.

Room was fine, comfortable, well furnitured.
Communication with perosnal (don't have idea about our reservation). Bad communication in English and unpleasant. And no information about paying only in cash! (We had to go to ATM at morning)
