Very cozy and inviting. It has everything you need and then some! Host was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here if we were in the area again.

What a nice place to stay. She let us have a graduation party there for our daughter. We used the bbq and cornhole. Everything was very nice. Don’t forget to explore a bit across the bride. Nic fire pit and stairs leading to…… discover for yourself.

Always perfect for us. I grew up in the area and it’s wonderful how close my family is to Charlene’s home away from home. Charlene is an attentive host with excellent communication.

We stayed at this property to spend time with our daughter for her 18th birthday. She's a student at nearby Fredonia. The home was comfortable for our family. We'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
