We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the home. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our vacation. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were responsive throughout our stay. The home was well-maintained, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this property to others. This was our second time staying with Susan and Rick and we will definitely be back.

Conditions of the home were great. Before we arrived they had a storm that knocked out the cable so the owners ordered a Roku device for us to keep in the meantime. Also the capacitor went out on the A/C and it got up to 80 degrees by the time my wife called for maintenance they already sent a technician out to the home had A/c within 2 hours. Great stay and great location plenty of amenities in the area also close to the parks. Would definitely stay again if in the Orlando area.

This was an excellent site. I didn't receive the email with the entry instructions; however, I reached out to the hosts and they sent the information immediately.There was a parking tag that we received from security. That was helpful, also.The one female security personnel was extremely nice.

Warning, this is a long one but I feel inclined to share our experience. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned to the standard I had anticipated. First impression, the house looked okay. I walked around the first night to get everything in place and noticed my feet turned black from the floor. The next day, we discovered ant-like things crawling on the couches. I contacted the property manager and he said he'd send someone to treat it within the next day. This was the turning point for us. We pulled out the couch to find crumbs, dust, dead bugs, and an old pacifier. This started the domino effect of seeing the need for a deep clean of the floor. I proceeded to sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors just so it wouldn't feel so gross to walk around the house. Then I noticed there was dust on almost every surface in the house. I also found hair from prior guests on the floor and on the bedding. All this to say, there were clearly many shortcuts taken by the cleaning staff before our arrival. Someone did come the next day to set some traps for the bugs. I also contacted the owner about the cleaning issues and she was very apologetic in her response. The property manager stopped by after hearing of my complaints just to get on the same page. He mentioned that we should have contacted them to come and address the issues, but this is problematic. I shouldn't have to contact anyone about the cleanliness of a home I am renting. It should be thoroughly cleaned before a new arrival, period. Additionally, I was not aware this was a "self-serve" villa until a day before I left for vacation. This is important info to know so you aren't left buying full-sized products for a weeklong stay in a place you are unfamiliar with. There is a bar of soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels and 3 trash/recycle bags in the kitchen. It is expected that the dishwasher and washing machine is started before departure. There is no detergent available for your use to fulfill this requirement. Additionally, cleaning supplies are very limited. As an aside, the pool in the back is the best part about this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was very refreshing in the hot, humid August weather. I do think a handrail needs to be installed to get into the pool for safety. I hope this review is helpful. I also hope it is carefully reviewed by the owners and the property manager so further issues don't happen for guests in the future.
