Un accueil chaleureux de la responsable Merieme qui est adorable et de tout le personnel Tout est fais pour être aux petits soins jusqu’à organiser une merveilleuse soirée d’anniversaire dans un conte des milles et une nuit

Riad was peaceful- only 4 rooms and we had it entirely to ourselves. Lovely staff who cooked us a beautiful meal one evening. Nice breakfast. I liked the location as calmer than near main square. Riad organised taxi to and from airport.

Bed a bit hard, bit of a language barrier (but hey we were in Morocco and I dont know any Arabic so I cant complain! And it did cause some amusement!), some road noise on rooftop terrace (but riad obviously cant help that)

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le cadre

Lit pas très confortable (matelas un peu dur)

The hotel is located in the center of the Medina, which is true, and it turned out to be a bit more complicated than we expected, though we have no complaints about that. The listing stated that the hotel had parking, but in reality it didn’t. We ended up finding parking ourselves outside the Medina walls. It was not far, but the staff had no idea about it. The staff consists of a middle-aged woman and her mother, both of whom speak only Arabic, so we communicated through Google Translate. The hotel itself is very beautiful, but quite inconvenient. On the positive side — it’s truly authentic, clean, nicely scented, and the women who run it are very friendly.

On the negative side: the breakfast was inedible — the pastries were very unpleasant, and they don’t offer a single gram of protein. Breakfast also starts and ends very early. The room is tiny, it’s hard to even move around, and there is NO DOOR TO THE BATHROOM, which is absurd. And of course, the claim about parking at the hotel was simply untrue.
