It was comfortable and spacious. We could prepare meals so didn’t need to eat out all the time. Good location and easy access to old town.
The apartments were dine but the building itself looked a bit unkept.

Emplacement très bien situé pour visiter SEVILLE
Une odeur persistante d'égouts dans l 'immeuble et l appartement
Les poeles de cuisine étaient inutilisables ( très rayées )
Cafetière endommagée

The apartment was in a good location, close to the main attractions.
However, our stay was not pleasant. On our second and third night there was a very loud noise coming from outside the room, which seemed to be coming from the air-conditioning units of other apartments. We notified the owner, but nothing meaningful was done to address the issue. As a result, we were unable to sleep for two nights.
Additionally, the handle on the room door was falling off, which made the stay even more frustrating.
