instructions were sent in advance and they were clear and easy to understand
Free key pickup is possible only in dedicated HostMate office 5 minutes of walk from Milano Centrale station and in specific time slot. Otherwise key pickup at apartment is extra paid. I dont understand why lockbox is not a option if there is no real reason to visit office just to take keys and be lucky to not miss time slot when office is open.
Check-in process took long. Check-in = you need to manually copy all details from IDs/passports into their website in advance + you need to take selfie + upload all photos of IDs.

Clean. No shortage on towels
Short enjoyment with the place. Should have stayed longer
