The woman who checked me in was very kind, patient, and helpful as I do not speak Korean. She assisted me by calling a taxi for me to an unfamiliar address. The same with the man the next day when I checked out.

The location was in the middle of a busy nightlife area but when inside it didn't seem loud at all. The woman working at the front desk was amazing and helped us with any issues we had, even showed us the closest convience store. Whilst there we visited the Hanok Village whihc was only a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was spacious but the lights are slightly confusing.
