Lovely enclosed back patio area and bi fold doors out to this. Beautiful sized bedrooms both with en-suites with very efficient showers. Very quiet surroundings. Dog walks straight from the property.
Main bedroom mattress very hard for us. Main living area very compact but perfectly fine for a short stay.

The property was very good, quiet and restfull. It was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious, both having en-suites.
I'm glad I used "satnav" as I'm not sure I would have found it otherwise! The property was perfectly fine with the exception of the lounge, kitchen, diner which was quite small and was very hot due the the latest heat wave.

It was small and cosy just what we wanted. The lake/pond was lovely to look at and despite being a working farm it was very quiet. The kitchen was well fitted out and the sofas comfortable.
There seemed to be a lot of flies, could be connected to the farm. Also no instructions for the heating, with temperatures falling to freezing we could have done with knowing how to turn it on.

Very clean, well maintained to an excellent standard. Everything provided. Warm. Great showers.
The track to the venue is best suited to higher clearance cars, but this is nothing to do with the venue and shouldn't put you off.
