The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with every question we had. The location is beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy two days of great weather before the thunderstorm arrived. The hotel grounds and views are lovely. Our apartment was located quite high up the hill, so getting to it requires a fair amount of walking. However, the hotel provides its own transfer service around the property, which was very convenient and definitely helped.

One disappointment was the lack of hot water due to some weather damage. For two days of our stay, the water in our shower was cold. We contacted the staff about the issue, but unfortunately it was not properly fixed until the evening of our last day, shortly before our departure, still the team managed to get us refund and were super polite and friendly!

Great hotel! Very nice staff, good restaurant, good food and beverages. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and the beach were very nice. There are good shows in the evening. There is a bay so the sea has no waves and very comfortable to swim. Overall it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

The Italian restaurant wasn't very good. I think the hotel should orientate more on local food. The main rest was very good. Very hilly place but the hotel always gives a transfer.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and professional throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated that, without us even asking, they noticed we were not completely happy with the view from our room and proactively offered us a different room. This level of attention to guests really stood out. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views, and the all-inclusive option makes the stay very relaxing and convenient. A special mention also goes to the SPA staff, who were extremely professional, knowledgeable and well trained.

There are only a few areas that could be improved. While the quality of the food is generally very good, we found the variety quite limited, especially for a resort of this standard and for guests staying several days. There should also be better control of sunbeds at both the beach and the pool, as some guests reserve them and then leave for long periods of time. The entertainment programme was also rather limited and could definitely be improved. The most disappointing issue was receiving early-morning calls from reception on several occasions, which woke us up despite having specifically asked not to be called early. This was particularly frustrating during a holiday where relaxation was one of our priorities. Overall, these points did not change our very positive impression of the resort, especially thanks to its beautiful location and the exceptional attention and professionalism of the staff.

The staff are the best thing about this resort. First class across the board and really want to provide a good service. Greco Levante restaurant good. Others average.

Very steep site so need a shuttle up and down. Albeit they were very frequent in fairness. Design of resort not great as balconies all seem to face north and get no sun meaning private balcony pools you pay for are not really useable. Very windy location it seems. In 10 days we had 2 where it was not really windy. Which apparently is not unusual in this area.
