Too much to list on the "what we liked" side. Everything was above and beyond expectations. An amazing place, with every possibilile facility you could think of. We were a family of 9 and it accommodated everyone without issues, with beds to spare too.
The location is fantastic, very quiet. Everything was clean and we had everything to our disposal,with no need to worry about a single thing.
Not necessarily that we didn't like, but the road up to the cabin is tricky. Not sure how it is in the winter but in summer we didn't really have any issues.

Das Living ist grandios, in der Küche gibt alles was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber !!!
Der Weg war sehr abenteuerlich , ohne 4x4 Auto wäre schwer zu erreichen.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Carpathian Log Home. The property is stunning, with exceptional views out over the mountains. The accommodation was perfect for our group and the chalet was warm and cozy. We stayed over Christmas and it was wonderfully decorated with a large Christmas tree and small thoughtful touches everywhere. Emanuela was an excellent host - and the property was well equipped. We would come back in a heartbeat!
The only downside is a steep drive up to the property - but even with snow and ice we made it without problems! Definitely bring a 4x4 if possible.
