Location, plenty of space and two bathrooms, view from the balcony.

The photos and description indicated the presence of a washing machine—this was important to us, as we had been traveling for four days and wanted to do some laundry after checking in, given that we had a four-day work conference ahead; however, it turned out the washing machine was broken. The host offered to pay for us to use a nearby laundromat, but that wasn't convenient. Also, please note that a neighbor with a child lives downstairs, so absolute quiet must be maintained after 10 PM. There were three of us girls chatting on the balcony when she came over to ask us to stop talking. So, please keep in mind the requirement for absolute quiet.

Everything was nice. We'll modern apartment with large space and all amenities included. Also the nice indoor parking garage is a plus . Location was nice with great river access . Owner was very responsive and repay quickly to all questions . Basically almost every thing you need exist and you feel home.

Only one thing that bedrooms has no air-conditioning. Otherwise everything was perfect

Big apartment, comfy, we enjoyed a lot.

A bit noisy neighborhood.
