Very polite staff who were concerned about us and helped in any requests, nice apartment in the city center and good value for money.
Not much sunlight and a few ants in the hallway.

The property was a home from home it was clean & safe & very comfortable & somewhere you can relax in comfort after a day out & about exploring
The location was ideal just 6 minutes walk from the old town & centre of Sarajevo
The location was also quiet & peaceful even though it was very close to town.

Location and staff
The apartment was poorly maintained and nit clean enough. The reality eas quite different frim what is shown in the booking.com photos. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
