Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect place for our multi-generational family vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather together.The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults! We also loved spending evenings around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub after long days of exploring Hocking Hills. The comfortable furnishings, large TVs, games, and thoughtful amenities made it easy to feel right at home.One thing worth mentioning is that the driveway is quite steep. Thankfully, the owners provide a flat parking area at the bottom of the driveway, which made parking much easier and gave us peace of mind.The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy all the attractions while still feeling peaceful and secluded. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the home was, with plenty of space, games, and amenities for all ages.We made so many wonderful memories here, laughing, playing games, sharing meals, and simply enjoying being together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to enjoy time with family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The coffee bar was a hit. It came fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of seating around the fire. Overall it was a 9.5/10. We would definitely stay at this place again!

The home was everything listed. Location was stunning for my purpose of not hiking. Had water leak issues that have now surely been looked at since i notified owners at 1:30 in the morning waking up to my kids freaking out. Once we figured out that this wasn’t the first time, noting water damage, we calmed down some. For the price we would expect a more solid home. It can sleep 16, or more, but the construction is your normal “vacation home rental quick build” construction, so only one bathroom offered a comfortable-ish shower that didn’t feel like you were gonna break something. Overall if the water damage was fixed and the plumbing redone in a way to prevent this in the future, the only problem left would be the steep driveway. Loved the stay overall even in light of the issues.

Location and setting was good. About 20 minutes to Old Man’s and Ash Cave. Less time to the Rock House. Also close to The Antique mall, which we all enjoyed. Even our 7 year olds. Our hosts were somewhat responsive to a text about the hot tub. However, we got no response when asking where additional hand soap, (for 2 of the bathrooms) and matches for the wood burning stove could e found. The lower level was newer and brightly lit. However, the arcade game required quarters, not mentioned in the description. Lots of children disappointed when no one had quarters. The main level was very poorly lit. We had to use our phones flashlights to put a puzzle together at the table. The kitchen was cramped and cabinet doors were missing. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots and pans. The kitchen rug was dirty. A toy rolled under the sofa, it had been a very long time since that area had been swept. Dust fell off of a ceiling fan Blade in one of the bedrooms when pulling on the light switch. The carpet in the loft was stained and dirty. The bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen sink and counter. With the exception of the king bed in the loft, the beds were firm to “ really hard”. Extra blankets would have been nice. The hot tub worked. I have stayed in many rentals, and have never felt I had to leave a negative review. With a deep clean and attention to the small details, this cabin would be worth the price.
