Location was great. Spacious room, comfy bed, and it was very handy having a washing machine.
My husband left some items in the room and Mark arranged to post them back to us. Very grateful!
The weather was very warm when we stayed. No aircon, but a couple of fans were provided.

Very clean clear instructions on all facilities.
We could not get the apartment cool . (The weather was very hot outside ) We had the two fans provided and one of our own.

Excellent location, ideal for the centre of York

It was very secure. The carpark was close by. The apartment was clean. It was very quiet in the building and apartment.
The room was quite warm. The apartment doorway was dimly lit making it difficult to see the keysafe dials to get in. The bed surrounds were not cushioned, leading to a few bruises.
