I had a problem accessing the normal cable TV in the room. It wanted me to connect to and download an app. We got in late and I just wanted to relax. The hotel Missed the mark with me on that.
Paid very well for the room. Unfortunately, more than 🐜 I had anticipated when I clicked on the room. The room was nice but normal for a room at a nice hotel with the amount for the room I assumed there would be a bath tub.The shower was nice but not defined in description that I noticed

I liked having a separate area for the kids to sleep. Also, the bathroom being attached to the king bed so we didn’t wake up the kids to use the bathroom during the night
There was hair in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Also, no makeup wipe

Location is convenient and our room had a kitchenette and that was sooo helpful.
The view was parking lot. Nothing they can do about it just a little boring. They also don’t have food network?!

Decent location
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Check in was @3- arrived @4:15 and still had to wait for our room. We had plans- we were late due to the room not being ready.
