have hair dryer, thick blanket, tissues and towel were provided, smooth check in and check out, have free water, with netflix and wifi
nice view from the balcony
the battery of the pump to the water emptied during our first night so we haven't really got to enjoy the free water. but not of a big deal since opposite to the place is SM

very convenient when it comes to location
the bathroom is not that clean and the shower had a minor defect.

Location near mall and coffee shop.
In need of maintenance and not enough elevators.
