The staff were good. It was a business booking. They helped us pay in advance and didn't caused any issues to our guests.

It is a nice hotel for short stays and the staff were excellent. One notable thing was the excellent ac in the room.
Decent breakfast and there was room service as well for dinner.

I loved the professionalism and welcoming attitude from the staff , I could say that they were trained really well
There were a few small cockroaches in the cupboard areas , the AC was a pain to work with as it produced a really loud sound when I switched it on , the water flow from the taps and the shower heads were really uneven and did kept gushing out water at very pressurised rates which was pretty annoying. Also the shower head was broken and looked like it was not well maintained.

The location is perfect,
It's high time to do maintenance. Even the cups were too old and already had stain marks.
