The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and no issues apart from only one paper coffee cup per person - I asked why and was told that guests were discouraged from taking coffee in the room when they could have it and pay for it in the restaurant!

Breakfast: we paid for breakfast included but were asked to pay extra for some items including coffee. We did not expect a limited breakfast - no pastries, fruit etc. It was clearly one set breakfast and anything extra was to be paid for - not good enough! Rooftop lounge was closed for a private function twice which was disappointing! We paid in advance to Booking.com but the hotel took full payment on my credit card (£540.00 GDP)- very unprofessional and no answer when we emailed the hotel. This has been repaid to us now after 2 weeks. The Hotel is very clearly used to corporate customers on a business budget but is not for families
