Location and style and comfort/convenience
Maybe bedside tables for a glass of water at night. Check in instructions generally very clear but maybe for left hand turn at top of the stairs should be clarified through a locked door. We loved our stay!

Bellissimo alloggio, pulito, vicino al centro, moderno, bagno con una grande doccia. Tutto nuovo. Il proprietario Mauro gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo

The apartment was absolutely clean. It had air conditioning and was well furnished. The landlord communicated very well and took good care of everything. Right in the center, yet still very quiet. We stayed in Rovinj for two nights. It was perfect for that. Free parking is a 15 minute walk away. We would come back.
Unfortunately, it was a bit dark because it was on the ground floor.
