I liked the room with great window with the river view. Personal was very helpful.

The property was close to food stalls and other eateries. Located by the waterfront you have these nice views at night while sitting on the balcony. The elevator is fast and always ready with a click of the bottom.
Their wasn’t a lot to not like but if their was something I would change it would be the tv. I would add a smart tv with YouTube and other apps that give the guest additional options other than Japanese media.

Very comfortable room and delicious breakfast in a former church. Very close to Glover Garden and not too far from China town. The Harbour view is great
Nothing. We knew it’s a bit out of town so no surprise for us. The bus stop is close and it’s easy to get into town by bus

It’s clean as usual in Japan
There’s no luggage storage or concierge service, just an unmonitored area for you to keep luggage.
