The location of the property is excellent, could not be better. Close to shops, right in the middle of the strip but set back away from hustle and bustle. The communication from the management company was excellent they made everything really easy including someone calling in person to check everything was good. There was some essentials left like bread, milk and cleaning products we weren't expecting so that was a nice touch and the villa contained everything we needed for our stay. The villa itself is a good size, well proportioned rooms and only used the tv once but seemed to have tons of channels including live football.

The main problem is outside around the pool, we enjoy a few days lounging by the pool so it's an important part of our holiday. It was therefore disappointing to find the pool dirty and mouldy around the sides, dirt from between the grout accumulating on the pool floor and many tiles missing (you can see on attached photos) It was supposed to be cleaned twice a week, we never saw it cleaned at all just the pool guy testing the water. I don't think it's been cleaned in months, the water was clear just the floor. The area around the pool, the plastic drainage was mouldy and contained rotting leaves too. The sunbeds were old, uncomfortable and stained - you can see directly into the surrounding villas and they have lovely big comfy beds in comparison. The fence has a random bit of replacement it just feels unloved. We were also woken by 2 workmen turning up unannounced who started chopping the trees back at 7.30am. Others have mentioned it's dated and it is evidently tired, too many repair jobs scattered around, cigarette burn in sofa etc. The final negative point is the air con is operated on a timer, 1,2 or 6 hours in the bedroom which means it goes off during sleep and you wake red hot or have to fumble in the dark to press the button to restart it.

The location is perfect so close to everything.

It could maybe use a new lick of paint just to freshen it up a bit but other than that it was lovely. Also something to be aware of the door locks itself so can be easy to get locked out, we were warned about this but it accidentally happened when we were leaving but I called and they were so helpful and understanding.

The property was very spacious with excellent facilities and very clean. It is located so close to Protaras in an excellent position.
